Georgia is available to offer Canine Ultrasounds in the comfort of your own home. By Georgia performing this service in the comfort of the dog's environment means that there is minimal stress to the bitch. Ultrasounds can be performed 30-35 days post covering and can be used to tell if a bitch is in pup, roughly how many puppies (this enables you to feed your bitch accordingly during the pregnancy) and we can even give an estimated due date based on the size of the gestational sack.
How Many Puppies?
Finding out how many puppies are expected can be very beneficial. It helps you manage the feeding of your bitch and prepare for the puppies arrival.
Due Date?
A due date can be given based on the gestational sack. Another scan can be performed later in the pregnancy if required to measure puppy skulls.
